Shipping Info
When your item is ordered via online or over the phone, we usually ship your product(s) same day if they were ordered before 2:00 PM EST. If you order from the web and if the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our main warehouse in Queens. When the product is shipped from these different locations cut off times may vary, and your chosen shipping method may not be available. We use a highly efficient inventory, shipping and delivery system-our efficiencies result in huge savings that we pass along to you! We offer a wide variety of shipping options and special deliveries. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock in the main warehouse, then we try to ship directly from the one of our other Warehouse, distributor, or manufacture warehouse; if the item(s) are out of stock or discontinued, we will not be ship until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse. Please be patient with us and we will follow up.
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products in the 50 United States ONLY using the shipping method of your choice UPS, or FedEx. When you place an order securely at Newcomputergen.com we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, or the weight, excluding applicable sales tax. We don’t provide any International shipping; please Contact Us if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
At Newcomputergen.com, we make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, We don’t guarantees or promises that a product / order will be ship on specific date, because of shipping, large inventory, and matters outside of our control. At a minimum, we expect that all in stock orders will be shipped within 1 month.

Saturday Orders
Phone orders placed and credit approved by 6:00 PM EST on Saturday & Sunday (for items in stock, not requiring configuration, for delivery in the contiguous U.S.). The above policies generally apply to orders taken by phone or E-mail.
Oversized or Overweight Shipments
Shipments whose dimensions or weight exceed our normal freight services are subject to additional charges and limitations that vary by product, location, and freight receiving facilities at the ship to address. These products are (Plasma TV, LCD TV, Server, Server Rack, Wall Mount Accessories, etc.).
Signature and Physical Address
All orders require a signature upon delivery. Therefore, a physical address is needed. We do not ship to a post office box address or hotel/motel rooms under any circumstances.

** In accordance with FedEx shipping policies, the FedEx carrier must obtain a signature at time of delivery.
Standard Overnight
- Delivery by 3:00 pm the next business day to many U.S. cities.
Priority Overnight
- Delivery by 10:30am the next business day to many of U.S. cities;
- 12:00 noon to most other areas.
2 Day Air
- Available to all 50 states. Due to cut off times as early as 5:00 eastern. Average delivery is 2-3 business days.
Average delivery time is 5-7 business days, with guaranteed delivery dates for commercial addresses. Delivery to some remote residential areas may take additional days.
