How do I get a RMA number?
Please obtain a RMA number either by:

• Emailing us at rma@newcomputergen.com
• Filling out the RMA form

If your RMA request is eligible for return, you should receive a RMA number within one business day. Filling out the RMA request form does not guarantee that you will receive a RMA number. We may verify some details of the order or the item in question before giving you a RMA number. Sometimes a product may appear to have problems, but is simply not configured properly. In situations like this, we may be able to resolve the problem over the phone by our Technical Support Team.

How long do I have to return my product after I receive my RMA number?
The product must be returned within the issued deadline.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

• Please write RM number on the outside of the shipping box, NOT on the product or manufacturer packaging.



• Products must be returned complete with original parts and documentation along with the original manufacturer's box/packaging. Incomplete returns will not receive a full credit and will fall subject to manufacturer's warranty.


• Boxes MUST be packed sufficiently, meeting the shipping carrier packing specifications.


• For missing part, documentation, and manufacturer’s box/packing, where applicable, a fee of up to 50% of the product price may be applied.


• All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer and double boxed with the RMA# displayed on the outside of the shipping box along with the number of boxes shipped back.


• Credit will be issued within 3-7 business days from the date of receipt to Newcomputergen.com. Credit will be applied back to the original order, and under the same payment terms.


• RMA numbers are valid for 30 Days. This RMA number will automatically delete from our system after the 30 days.


• Please return ONLY those products AUTHORIZED for return. Credit will not be issued for incomplete returns and/or products not approved for return.
