Newcomputergen.com - Return Policy
Newcomputergen.com guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 30 days (1 month) from the date of the delivery on all. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. All merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise no exceptions.
All returns for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking
fee. If you remove or alter product's
serial number or serial number sticker will automatically void your Newcomputergen.com
Return Policy. Products that are returned to Newcomputergen.com with a missing,
damaged or altered serial number will be refused RMA service and returned to
you, and there is no exception.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable due to carrier costs
Our return policy for a replacement or refund is 30 days.
Within 30 days, you must request a RMA number and ship the item(s) back to Newcomputergen.com.
Physically damaged items cannot be returned. The returned item(s) MUST be
returned with their original packaging and accessories. This includes all
original equipment, power supply, components, manuals, cables, documents and
packaging must be returned with your item in order for Newcomputergen.com to
process your RMA. An item returned for a replacement may be repaired or
replaced at Newcomputergen.com’s discretion, unless otherwise required by
law. Products with specific refund and return policies and deadlines must
be returned within the time periods specified for each item.
Return Policy FAQ's
All Software
Newcomputergen.com will not accept returns of software which has been
opened unless the software is defective. Defective software will be
replaced with the exact same software product and version. We also will
not take the return of OEM software missing Key Codes located on the
outside of the shrink wrap. Key Codes are checked on every item before
shipment.
Newcomputergen.com will not take returns on software licensing or MSDN
Universal or/and Professional or/and Enterprise. Once software
licensing or MSDN Subscriptions are committed to an individual or a
company, we are unable to cancel out the transaction. MSDN is a timed
subscription and not returnable for any reason.
NewComputerGen.com reserves the right to deny or cancel your order
before accepting or charging on your account. You will be charged for a
4.9% processing fee and a shipping and handling fee. For licensing
returns, you will be charged a 20% processing fee.
These return policies are industry standard for all software and media
products due to piracy issues.

TV, Projectors & Video equipments Policy
1.TV’s, Projectors & All Other Video equipment are NOT eligible for return to Newcomputergen.com. We provide
Service only.
- Plasma TVs are not eligible for return to Newcomputergen.com.
- Most TV/Monitors 30”/projections products and Samsung TV’s 14” or larger to not qualify under normal Newcomputergen.com Return Policy. Contact Samsung @ 1-800-SAMSUNG for service.
- Most TV’s/Monitors 30” or larger and projection products require infield service repairs under manufacturer’s warranty. These products are not eligible for return. Please contact the appropriate manufacturer for troubleshooting repair service.
2.A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
must be obtained from Newcomputergen prior to the return of any merchandise. Product returned without RAM number will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
3.All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer and double boxed with the RAM number displayed on the outside of the shipping box along with the number of boxes shipped back.
4.Products must be returned complete with original parts and documentation along with the original manufacturer’s box/packaging. Incomplete returns will not receive a full credit and will fall subject to manufacturer’s warranty.

Video Games (includes Brand New consoles and games for all different types of systems):
All of the gaming comes with Manufacturer's warranty unless specified otherwise in the description section of the item. If the item is defective customer will need to contact Manufacturer of the video game. If the item is unwanted and
was not open from the original package , this item may be returned to us per our "Unwanted Returns" section.
Unwanted Returns:
All unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). The customer pays for all shipping fee. All Merchandise must be in their original condition and appear unused.
Important Notice:
In the case of a return without prior (RMA) authorization from Newcomputergen.com: the item in question will either be shipped back to the customer at their expense, or at the customer’s request Newcomputergen.com may elect to accept the item back with a restocking fee of 55% of the total merchandise value.
