- Shipping Policy
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products in the 50 United States ONLY using the shipping method of your choice UPS, or FedEx. When you place an order securely at Newcomputergen.com we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, or the weight, excluding applicable sales tax. - Anti-Fraud Address Verification Policy & Procedure
You might find this can be an inconvenience, but currently this is our best means of protecting you from a third person using your stolen credit / debit card information.
This is very Critical and Important
Your order will require more processing time 2-3 business days and must go through our Anti-Fraud Address Verification System (AVS) if you are shipping address is different from billing address. Also, if your billing address response comes back as a "No Match" for your credit card for what the bank has on file for you. In addition, if the CCV (3 or 4 digit pin number on back of your credit card) response comes back as “NO MATCH” for your credit card for what bank has on file for you.
Double check your billing address and CCV code!
BILLING INFORMATION
We strongly recommend you enter your address as it appears on your credit card statement. If you still are not sure of what your billing address is, call your credit cards issuing bank with the number provided on the back of your credit card.
Shipping to an Address different than your Billing?
Please follow these instructions carefully!
Make sure your Credit Card Issuer has your alternate "Ship To" address on file!
We strongly recommend you call your credit cards issuing bank first to make sure you could add a secondary ship to address to your account or make special notes on your account of an approved alternate ship to address.
You can now place the online order. Next, after placing the order, email us IMMEDIATELY at support@newcomputergen.com with the order number informing us that you have added the proper information. We then will contact your credit card issuer with the number you provided to us, to verify your information and continue processing the order.

- Return Policy
Newcomputergen.com guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 30 days (1 month) from the date of the delivery on all. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. All merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise no exceptions.

- Cancel my order(s)
It is misfortune that you need to cancel an order, please call our Toll-Free number (866) 515-6866 immediately. We don’t recommend you to cancel your order via E-mail. Email is not an efficient way to cancel an order as the order because we may be processed and shipped before we have a chance to read the email. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST.

- Who pays for the shipping on a return?
You are responsible for the cost of shipping ALL returned products back to Newcomputergen.com. We strongly suggest that you ship by a track-able method (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS etc).

- What do I need to ship back?
The returned item(s) MUST be returned with their original packaging and accessories. This includes all materials such as user manuals, cables, registration or warranty cards, and any other accessories included with the product.
Returned item(s) must be in new condition with no evidence of physical damage or tampering. When shipping your item(s) back, please package your item(s) carefully. You are responsible for any damage that the item(s) incur during the return shipment!

- Where do I send my return?
After receiving an RMA number, please send returns to the address provided on the RMA form. Please make sure to write your RMA number on the box. If you send your item to Newcomputergen.com before you receive your RMA, we will return to you. We will not be replace or refund you for your item if you send without valid RAM number.

- How long will it take to get my product replaced?
We will make every attempt to get your replacement items out as soon as possible, but the process may take up to 2 weeks. We will make every effort possible to keep you up to date on your RMA status.

- Can you send me out a new part to replace my broken one while you wait for the return?
Unfortunately, we do not cross-ship items due to manufacturer policies.

- How long will it take to receive my refund, if my return is eligible for a refund?
If you paid by credit card, we will process your refund within 2 business weeks. However, there may be an additional delay for your refund to appear in your account due your individual bank or financial institution policies. You have received the item, and it is unopened. For unopened items replacement and repair options don't apply.

- Return Of New Unopened Items after you accepted
For all products, if your product is unopened from its original packaging, you have 10 days from the Invoice date to contact us for a return for refund. There is a 20% restocking fee based on the item's price. The refund is based on the lower of: the item's current market price or the invoice price. You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the product back to us. Please ship by a track-able (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc.) insured method. You may also exchange the item for a different one. There is still a 20% restocking fee. If the new item is more expensive, you must pay the difference. If the new item is cheaper, we will take the difference out of the restocking fee. You have not received the item yet (it is still in courier transit). If the product has been shipped out and is in transit for deliver to you, you may refuse the shipment and cancel the order HOWEVER you will be refunded any tax you paid and the returned product's value MINUS a 20% restocking fee {($Return product Price + $TAX) – 20% restocking Fee $} . However, shipping charges are not refunded. If you refuse the shipment, though, you don't have to pay to ship the item back to us. Defective Software
You bought software, and it appears to be defective. We can only replace defective software.

- Are your products new or factory reconditioned?
All our products are brand new factory sealed, unless otherwise stated. If the item is factory reconditioned you will see (Reconditioned / Refurbished) next to the model number or in the body of the description. Products that are reconditioned by the manufacturer have been tested to meet quality specifications, some items come with 90 days manufacturer's warranty. The warranty is serviced direct.

- What do I do with Damage shippent(s)?
Please do not sign or accept any package before inspecting it. Upon inspection, if considerable damage is visible to the outer packaging, immediately check the inner contents. If the inner merchandise has been physically damaged, Refuse the Shipment. Once the shipment is signed for, it constitutes the acceptance of the item by you in good condition and the item cannot be returned because of physical damage caused by shipping.
